The Passivworks crew took an oversized laundry room that connected to the kitchen and created a pocket door room with stacked laundry unit and sink, opening the space for an open floor plan living room that wanders into the kitchen. We put in new doors and windows, an apron sink and refaced the kitchen cabinets in a modern farmhouse style.
